Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are generally final.

This includes:

  • Ebooks
  • Downloadable files
  • Digital media
  • Exclusive content
  • Bonus materials

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted
  • The product was never delivered
  • A technical issue prevents access

2. Physical Products

Refunds or replacements may be available for physical products in the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item lost during shipment (confirmed by carrier)

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personalized or signed items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded digital content
  • Sale or clearance items

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


6. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund requests, or attempts to access products after receiving a refund may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Revoked access to digital content
  • Account restrictions
  • Possible legal action
